• You have the right to return the product without justification and to request the payment of the price you paid within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product under Law 2251/1994. Receipt is considered the day that you or a third party you indicated acquired physical possession of the products. In case you bought more products with the same order, which were delivered separately, the day of receipt is considered the day you received the last product. The change of the product can be done with a different product of equal or greater value, in which case the customer will have to pay the extra price.
• Any costs of returning and shipping the new product are charged to the customer.
• Returns are accepted if the product has not been used and is accompanied by the card of the manufacturer for the clothes, the box in the case of shoes as well as the retail receipt or the invoice.
• Damage or loss of the product during transport - return after the exercise of the replacement right, is the responsibility of the customer

• The returned goods must be sent to the headquarters of fancyjunior.gr at 9 Kapsali Street in Kolonaki PC 10674
• You can also return the product to our store and make your change on the spot.
• To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products as soon as your order is delivered to you, in order to detect any error or defect. 
• If the above conditions are met, our store will refund the price either by canceling the charge, or by credit card of the customer, or by depositing the money in a bank account, within 30 days from the day of receipt of the product from our store . (Refunds are made only for purchases from the site of fancyjunior.gr with the retail receipt or the invoice)  
• In case of refund you return the amount of the net value of the product and not possible shipping costs and / or bank charges.
• Only in case a wrong or defective product has been delivered, only in this case fancyjunior.gr undertakes to refund any shipping and bank charges.
• If the product returned after the exercise of the above right is worn out, in whole or in part, and does not meet the above conditions, our store reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer. The compensation will be determined unilaterally by our store after evaluation of the product and will be offset by the customer's claim from the price paid.
