How can I make a purchase;
We provide several ways to make your purchases:

  • Shop online on our website.
  • Call us or chat with us. All we need is the model reference number (you will find the product page on the top right includes the name and code), the size and the shipping and payment details to deliver your order. Contact us
  • Visit one of our stores. Search for our stores

Can I order models that are not available on the site?
If the model you want does not appear on the website, contact us and mention the following:

  • Name and contact telephone number
  • The size and reference number of the model you want will be found on the product page (top right includes name and code). If you do not know the number, provide as much information as possible: serial name, color, etc.
    We will make every effort to find the model you want or a similar one.

  • How do I buy online;
  • Select the product you want, select the size and click ADD TO CART. You can select a maximum of 10 products. You can also view the products in your cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corne
  • When you are ready to complete your purchase, go to your shopping cart and click on payment process
  • Fill in the shipping address and your details, select the preferred shipping and payment method, check all your details, click on the box: I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the site and click on SHIPPING.
  • After confirming your order, you will see a purchase confirmation page with your order details. This information is also sent to you automatically via email.

Product placement
We always try to show the colors in a way that reflects their true appearance. However, color perception may vary depending on the lighting, your computer's screen settings, or other factors beyond our control.

The listed prices are always the retail prices, including all applicable taxes.

How can I pay for my online purchase?

Your order will be finalized only when you confirm the purchase. Until then, the selected products are not committed. Your order will be deleted from our system, if you do not confirm it within 3 working days.

We reserve the right to withhold any order for security reasons. In such cases, the affected customers will be informed.

We also reserve the right to cancel an order if the shipping and invoicing details could not be verified.

How can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
You can cancel your order at any time provided it has not already been shipped. Please note that orders are shipped the next business day (Monday to Saturday *) after ordering.

You can contact us to cancel an order.

If the order has already been shipped, it can not be canceled, but you have the option to return it after delivery.

How can I return something I bought?
If you are shopping in our store or on the isotope, the easiest thing you can do is to visit the store where you bought the product.

Our eshop does not accept returns for purchases made in physical stores.

When will I receive my refund if I return an order online
If you return products you bought online we will look at the returned merchandise and the reasons you give for the return.

When we deem that everything is OK, we will process your refund within 10 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date your refund was received at our warehouse.

The money will be refunded in the same payment method used for the original purchase. The money will appear in your account within 3-5 days after processing.

Can I change or return a product I bought with a promo code?
Every purchase made using a promo code is accompanied by all our basic guarantees.

If you return your purchase, you will receive the amount based on what you initially paid.

We are not obliged to replace the offer code used to purchase the returned product.

How can I use the promo code?
To use a promo code, enter it in the shopping cart before completing your purchases.

In your Cart, you will see a field called Coupon Code on the left side of the screen. Enter the password in the field and click Use Voucher.

If the password is valid, a confirmation message will be displayed and the relevant offer will be modified.

Terms of use of the offer codes
Promotional codes are not exchanged for money or credit and are not valid for previous orders.

Please note that for any offer:

  • Some products may be excluded
  • The offers are valid only for a limited time and are not combined with other offers unless otherwise stated in the Terms of Use
  • A promo code can only be used once unless otherwise stated in the Terms of Use

Why my promo code does not work
A promo code may not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • You may not have pressed "Use Password" after entering the password
  • The password you entered may be incomplete or incorrect

In these cases, if you have not already placed your order, go back to "Your Cart", re-enter the password and click "Use Password".

Other reasons the password does not work:

  • The promo code has expired
  • Your password may only apply to certain products or purchases that are only shipped to specific countries

In these cases, check the expiration date and re-read the offer details.

The promotion codes do not apply to orders that have already been submitted or to Products that are on offer.
